PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
Creates resistance between two nuts, so as to minimise rotation and reduce the risk of nut and wheel loss.

Improved safety of nut fittings, facilitates quick and easy visual checks and audits. They don’t stretch, melt or fall off. A cost effective resuable and recyclable solution that reduces maintenance costs and saves time. Acts as both a solution and an indicator.

MATERIAL GRADE:
Design engineered high temperature plastic units formulated to withstand extreme changes in temperature – capable of withstanding continuous operating temperatures from -40 degrees Centigrade (-40°F) to +160 degrees Centigrade (+320°F) - important for vehicles that brake frequently.

This product has been independently tested in all weather conditions, hot and cold operating temperatures, severe vibration conditions and at high and low rotation speeds. Material retains flexibility and durabilty, and is design engineered for superior weight to strength ratio.

RECOMMENDED FITTING:
Fix to the two adjacent wheel nuts with the “name side” out and push them on as far down the nut as possible. Complete the installation for all nuts.

RECOMMENDED REMOVAL:
Use your fingers (gloves if needed) to pull up on the ends of the unit beside the nuts. Do NOT pull up in the middle.

If units are difficult to remove in conditions of cold, snow, ice or there are large numbers of wheels to be serviced, you can use an optional removal tool
Place the claw end of the tool under the edge of the unit around one of the nuts, and then gently pull up. Do not pull up in the middle.

If reinstalling in freezing conditions, warm the units up over a hot air vent or inside a warm building before trying to reinstall. Keep them warm (in your pocket) until installing.
